City police blotter for Nov. 9

At 5:31 a.m. Friday, DeKalb Police stopped a vehicle in the 200 block of N. Seventh Street. Police learned the driver, Amy L. Douglas, 28, of Varna had a suspended license. Douglas was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and no insurance. She was later released on bond.

At 10:26 a.m. Friday, DeKalb Police stopped a vehicle in the 200 block of S. Annie Glidden Road. Police learned the driver, Demetrius L. Smith, 22, of DeKalb had a suspended license. Smith was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and no insurance. He was later released on bond.

At 2:32 a.m. Saturday, DeKalb Police noticed a broken down vehicle in the 500 block of N. First Street. Police learned the driver, Monique P. Rodgers, 19, of DeKalb had a failure to appear warrant out of DeKalb County in her name. Rodgers was arrested on account of the warrant and also charged with driving with a suspended license. She was later released on bond.
