City police blotter for Nov. 10

At 7:19 p.m. Saturday, DeKalb Police stopped a vehicle in the 800 block of N. Annie Glidden Road. Police learned the driver, Reina M. Salcedo, 20, of Chicago had a suspended license. Salcedo was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and improper lane usage. She was later released on bond.

At 1:10 p.m. Saturday, DeKalb Police stopped a driver in the 2200 block of Sycamore Road for not wearing a seat belt. Police learned the driver, Jake R. Adams, 20, of DeKalb had a failure to appear warrant for possession of liquor by a minor in his name and also had a suspended license. Adams was arrested on account of the warrant and also charged with driving with a suspended license, illegal sound amplification and felony possession of a controlled substance. He was later transported to the DeKalb County Jail.

At 5:04 a.m. Sunday, DeKalb Police recognized a subject walking in the 700 block of Russell Road as having an active warrant. Police arrested, Kendall N. Rogers, 33, of DeKalb on account of a failure to appear warrant for driving with a suspended license. He was later given a court date and released on bond.

At 6:19 p.m. Sunday, DeKalb Police stopped a vehicle in the 800 block of N. Annie Glidden Road for not having headlights on. Police learned the driver, Ann Maria R. Moreno, 29, of Kirkland had a suspended license. Moreno was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and no lights when required. She was later released on bond. At 3:44 p.m. on Sunday, DeKalb Police stopped a driver in the 900 block of Crane Drive for not wearing a seat belt. Police learned the driver, Roy E. Leonard, 24, of DeKalb had a suspended license. Leonard was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt. He was later released on bond.
