Who gets the most out of newspaper ads you design: your client, the buying public or a deadline clock?
Find out how to satisfy all three from Fred Prager, a design expert, who will share advice and tips on "Ad Designs That Sell!" during an Oct. 1 workshop.
Your ad clients usually are not experts in design and communication. So as their ad rep, you've learned what they like and don't like. But if your ad clients are happy, does that mean the customers will buy? How much difference can ad design make?
"Design can make all the difference," says Prager, who is ready to show ad reps and designers how "Great Design Means Great Sales."

Prager will be assisted at the workshop by Greg Potts, press and promotions manager for Multi-Ad.
Prager has been influential in helping newspapers move from the "clip art" world for graphic services to effective ad campaigns that make use of electronic spec ad materials.
