Make as many copies as necessary. All entries must be postmarked no later than July 25, 2005.

Group I-- NINA member non-dailies, circulation of 4,999 or less.
 Group II-- NINA member non-dailies, circulation of 5,000 or more.
 Group III-- NINA member dailies and inserts in those dailies.

Some categories have limits on number of entries - see contest rules. If the maximum number of entries per category is exceeded, NINA contest headquarters will decide which entries to judge. Content of all entries must originate locally on-site.

A judging fee of $5 per entry in each category must accompany entries. Make entry fee checks payable to Northern Illinois Newspaper Fund. Mail entries to NINA, Department of Communication, 210 Watson Hall, DeKalb IL 60115.
