Reporter. Posted 4-23-08. The Lake County News-Sun, a daily newspaper in Chicago's north suburbs, is looking for an ambitious, entry-level reporter to join its news team. The Record Newspapers group, publisher of four weekly newspapers in Kendall and DeKalb Counties, is seeking an assistant sports editor to work with a sports editor in a two-man department. Must have a passion for prep sports and possess the ability to work on an array of beats to create high quality game stories.
